1. The data of your My Identity account is in Europe.

We store all data on servers in Europe and comply with the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (GDPR).

2. You have full control over your data.

Account and profile management give you full transparency when you last logged in with My Identity. In addition, only you can change your profile data.

3. You decide who gets your data.

The data from your My Identity profile could be transferred to many digital solutions of Trützschler and could be used there. Only you decide which data is used by the individual applications.

4. We secure your data.

The data in your My Identity profile is encrypted and masked. The data transfer is additionally encrypted via certificates.

5. We track your data to increase security.

We collect your information to report security breaches to our privacy officer. Data will not be passed to third parties without your consent.

6. Regular security checks and assessments.

My Identity is constantly monitored and checked by external institutions. In addition, regular internal assessments take place by our IT-Security experts.

7. Continuous development.

The concept of My Identity has been created in Germany. Further developments are still going on to improve the solution.
